There are many applications of limit switches, and they can be found in many electrical appliances. What can such a simple switch do? It mainly plays a role in chain protection. The most common example is its application in washing machines and recorders (video recorders).
During the dehydration (spin drying) process of the washing machine, the speed is very high. If someone accidentally opens the door or cover of the washing machine and then extends their hand in, it is easy to cause injury to people. In order to avoid such accidents, an electrical contact is installed on the door or cover of the washing machine.
