It can perform online moisture content detection on industrial sawdust, helping optimize the operation of dryers, furnaces, and wood gasification systems, and maximize equipment efficiency. The equipment has a high measurement depth of at least 300mm to ensure accurate detection results, and can be easily integrated into existing systems. It can be connected to the controller through 4-20mA analog output to achieve closed-loop control of moisture content. All material calibration curves are calibrated by Schaller's laboratory, and the equipment operates stably and reliably.
