Introduction

Schaller Humimer BLC Moisture Transmitter(Product Code: 15195) is a fully calibrated online moisture monitoring system that can continuously and real-time detect the moisture content of wood chips, granular materials, and other materials. The equipment adopts universal sensors, adapts to various bulk material detection needs, has been calibrated before leaving the factory, is easy to install, and can be quickly integrated into existing production lines. Through 4-20mA analog signal docking with the controller, real-time control of the production process is achieved, effectively improving system efficiency and reducing energy consumption. It is a dedicated online detection equipment for scenarios such as biomass gasification, particle and board production. This equipment is manufactured by Schaller's laboratory for various bulk material calibration curves, with stable and reliable measurements.
