The structure of the test box body is reasonable, the material is sturdy, and the appearance is beautiful: the inner box is made of TA1 pure titanium plate fully welded, and the outer box is treated with stainless steel plate baking paint; The laboratory sealing cover is made with a sloping surface to prevent condensation from dripping onto the surface of the sample; The sealing cover is pushed by a cylinder, and can be opened or closed by simply clicking the box cover lifting button; The laboratory is sealed with silicone sealing strips to ensure that corrosive gases inside the box do not leak; Mobile casters and positioning cups are installed at the bottom of the box for easy movement and positioning;

Newly designed standard sample holder: a detachable card slot type sample holder, where the sample is directly placed and the standard angle is ensured to be 20 °± 5 ° (tilted from the vertical plane). The sample rack is made of corrosion-resistant and insulated resin material, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, low specific gravity, low moisture absorption, small extension, and good insulation.

Special load-bearing sample rack: A mesh sample placement platform is set at the bottom of the test box, which is placed above the heating layer at the bottom of the box, about 150mm high from the bottom plate of the inner box. The surface of the platform is evenly perforated to prevent the accumulation of solution after fogging, and it is also conducive to the circulation of air inside the box. The mesh plate is designed with a detachable structure. The mesh material is made of reinforced fiberglass, with a load-bearing capacity of ≥ 200kg/m2, making it very suitable for placing particularly heavy or large samples.

◆ spray liquid (salt water) supply system: the external movable super large capacity spray liquid storage tank absorbs the liquid in the storage tank and supplies it to the nozzle through the peristaltic pump, thus avoiding the problem of nozzle crystallization in the traditional siphon spray mode. At the same time, the water supply flow of the peristaltic pump can be adjusted and controlled, effectively ensuring the size of spray volume.

All parameter settings for the experiment were completed through TEMI 880 programmable controller (touch screen): 5.7-inch 800 × 480 dot matrix, TFT color LCD display; Chinese menu and touchscreen input; Various parameters required for the test, spray mode and cycle can be set (spray cycle: the maximum test time of continuous spray is 999.9 hours, the maximum spray time of intermittent spray is 99 hours and 59 minutes, and the maximum stop time is 99 hours and 59 minutes).

Advanced communication function: RS-232 communication interface, with local and remote communication functions (requires RAS-2003 monitoring software, can connect up to 16 devices simultaneously). Configure a PC specific software CD, create a test program using PC specific software and save it to a USB drive. Then, retrieve the test program from the USB drive and store it in the controller; The programs inside the controller can also be transferred to a USB flash drive and stored on a PC for analysis and management. The test curve data recorded in the controller can be transferred to a USB drive. Directly display and print test data/curves through PC specific software (with non modifiable markings on the printed data); Or convert the recorded data into an Access data file that can be read by Microsoft Office.
