Performance characteristics:

◆ Test box material: The studio uses imported 5mm thick PVC polyethylene board (Taiwan South Asia), with a thickness of 5mm and a durable temperature of 85 ℃; The studio sealing cover is made of imported European acrylic board with a thickness of 6mm, and is made into a top sealing cover with a 100 ° angle, effectively preventing condensation water from dripping onto the surface of the sample during testing and affecting the test results; In addition, the characteristics of this material ensure that the test chamber can not only run neutral salt spray tests, but also acid salt spray (copper accelerated acetate salt spray/CASS) tests.

◆ spray liquid (salt water) tank: made of PVC, concealed and equipped with liquid level monitoring port, easy to clean and not easy to crack;

Pressure air bucket (saturation bucket): SUS304 # stainless steel high-pressure resistant bucket has the best insulation effect.

◆ Sample rack: Using a flat indexing rack, the angle can be adjusted freely to prevent fogging and exposure on all four sides, allowing for the placement of a large number of samples

The laboratory seal adopts water sealing method to ensure that corrosive gases inside the box do not leak

◆ spray principle and route: use Bernouldt principle to absorb salt water and then atomize; Air compressor → primary oil-water separator → air tank → pressure reducing valve → main solenoid valve → secondary oil-water separator → saturator → pressure regulating valve → spray solenoid valve → nozzle

◆ spray tower: in order to ensure the uniformity of spray and the amount of spray, air atomizing nozzles are used to fine atomize the brine, and then enter the conical spray tower to evenly distribute it to the test space; The height of the spray tower can be adjusted to accurately control the amount of spray, and the spray tower installation position is evenly distributed at the bottom of the test area; Manual spray can be set or automatic spray can be set according to the program;

◆ Nozzle: made of special glass material, anti crystallization, which can control the size and angle of spray amount

◆ Collector: spray volume collector (a conical funnel with a diameter of 100mm and an area of 80cm2) is installed in the studio to monitor the size of spray volume in real time. A silicone hose is installed at the bottom of the funnel and connected to the outdoor measuring cylinder to check the size of spray volume in real time to ensure the test accuracy of test samples

Heating system: Titanium alloy armored electric heating tube (heated at the bottom of the test chamber); SUS316 # stainless steel armored heating tube (saturated bucket); Steam heating method, P.I.D controls the heating amount; Heating tube control method: SSR (Solid State Relay) contactless equal period pulse width modulation

◆ Salt water spray solution supply system: store the configured salt water spray solution in the salt water tank and supply it to the salt water supply container through the water level difference. The supply container can automatically control the upper limit of water level by setting the water level control on-off valve to maintain the distance from the nozzle.

Air saturation tank: SUS304 stainless steel, adjustable working temperature from RT to 63 ℃; Heating time ≤ 60 minutes. It can achieve automatic water replenishment and has liquid level monitoring and liquid level limit alarm functions.

◆ Temperature controller: Japan Omron E5CC digital display, controls the laboratory temperature and saturation tank temperature (display resolution 0.1 ℃)

◆ spray cycle program controller: digital display, spray time and interval cycle can be set at will, infinite cycle; Timing units: seconds, minutes, minutes, hours, and ten hours can be switched, with a maximum timing of 999 hours per group and a minimum timing of 1 second
