Based on SIMATIC CPU 315-2 DP, it is used to establish a fail safe automation system, suitable for factories that add safety instrumented systems (SIS). The safety level can reach SIL 3 (IEC 61508) and PL e (ISO 13849.1). Distributed fail safe I/O modules can be connected through an integrated PROFIBUS DP interface (PROFIsafe), and fail safe ET 200M I/O modules can also be centrally connected. For non safety applications, standard modules can be used in a centralized and distributed manner. The operation of the CPU requires SIMATIC miniature memory cards.
2、 Application of Safety Instrumented System SIS Module CPU315f-2dp
The CPU 315F-2 DP supports the establishment of a fail safe automation system to meet the growing safety needs, particularly suitable for production engineering.

6、 Safety Instrumented System SIS Module CPU315F-2dP Communication
Perform secure and standard communication between the central controller and distributed stations through PROFIBUS DP. The specially developed PROFIBUS line standard PROFIsafe supports the transmission of user data with security functions in standard data message frames. 2. Operation mode

When the system diagnoses a fault, it will enter a safe state.

3. Programming
