The Kangjisen ZK-3000 DCS control system adopts reliability design technology, including fault-tolerant design technology (redundancy and hot plugging technology), thermal design, environmental resistance design, electromagnetic compatibility design, derating design, etc., to ensure the safety and availability of the system. The Kangjisen ZK-3000 DCS control system adopts open standards such as fieldbus, OPC, and IEC6113-3 as the core technology of the system, thereby providing stronger openness and system integration.
The Kangjisen ZK-3000 DCS control system is based on the technical foundation of the ZK-3000 DCS control system. Specially designed for small and medium-sized systems, an optimized DCS solution is provided, making the ZK-3000 DCS more cost-effective and convenient to use

ES (Engineer Station) runs on the Windows 7/Windows XP network platform to achieve system configuration and real-time monitoring functions. SOPS (System Operating Station) runs on Windows 7/Windows XP network platforms to achieve system monitoring functions.
FCS (Field Control Station) is an I/O processing unit that directly interacts with the field, completing real-time data acquisition and automatic control functions for industrial processes. The control station can be redundantly configured. The ZK-3000 DCS control system can be seamlessly connected to third-party DCS systems or SIS equipment directly through industrial Ethernet or through OPCSERVER servers.
