The SZS series boiler body is a double drum, vertical, chamber fired D-type layout structure, with the furnace on the right and the convection tube bundle on the left; Fix the boiler on the main chassis through the movable supports in the middle and at both ends of the lower drum, and ensure that the boiler expands as a whole towards both ends. The furnace is surrounded by narrow spaced tube membrane water-cooled walls. The membrane water-cooled wall on the left side of the furnace completely seals and separates the furnace from the convection tube bundle. The rear of the convection tube bundle area is a staggered structure with thinning, while the front is a straight structure. The flue gas generated by furnace combustion enters the combustion chamber and convection tube bundle area from the exhaust port at the rear of the furnace, then turns from the front left side of the boiler to enter the spiral finned tube economizer and condenser, and finally enters the chimney and is discharged into the atmosphere.

The key processing techniques such as steel plate inclination, circular ring, and drum drilling are all advanced CNC machining processes, which reduce assembly stress and extend the service life of the boiler.
Internal insulation measures are adopted at the flue and boiler flue gas ports, effectively reducing the noise during boiler operation.
All convection tubes in the high-temperature zone are equipped with anti vibration fasteners, which eliminates the problem of breakage at the tube ends of the convection tube bundle.
The observation hole adopts molded high alumina refractory material and manhole cover sealing device inside, which changes the problem of overheating caused by using refractory bricks for masonry.
High temperature resistant stainless steel Cr25Ni20 is used between each membrane wall in the furnace and convection tube bundle area, avoiding the failure of high-temperature flue gas short circuit caused by frequent breakage of refractory materials.
Shot blasting and rust removal shall be carried out on the entire boiler, and paint shall be applied to ensure that the boiler has a beautiful appearance and good anti-corrosion performance.
Boiler welding process
The longitudinal and circumferential seams of the boiler are welded using advanced submerged arc automatic welding technology to ensure welding quality. All longitudinal and circumferential welds undergo 100% radiographic testing.
