The SZL series is a double drum longitudinally assembled water tube boiler. The boiler has an evaporation capacity of 6-20t/h and a working pressure of 1.25-2.45MPa. The boiler consists of two large parts, the upper and lower parts. The tail is equipped with an economizer and an air preheater. The combustion equipment uses a medium block active grate. After combustion, the flue gas is horizontally flushed through the convective heating surface twice and then led to the separately arranged economizer and air preheater. Finally, it enters the dust collector and is discharged through the chimney. This series of boilers has a reasonable structure, high thermal efficiency, and low exhaust gas temperature; Adopting an assembled structure and single-layer layout, it greatly shortens the installation cycle, reduces costs and boiler room expenses, is easy to operate, runs safely and reliably, and is easy to maintain.
