The SZL series water-cooled arch and membrane water-cooled wall assembled boiler is a new type of water tube assembled boiler exclusively developed and integrated by our company with the advantages of bulk boiler arches. It cleverly applies the water-cooled technology and membrane water-cooled wall technology of the combustion system of large chain grate boilers to the assembled boiler, which is the first of its kind in China, and its technical indicators are at the leading level in China.

2. Membrane water-cooled wall structure is adopted on both sides of the furnace and combustion chamber. The membrane water-cooled wall structure is an independently created design by our company, which applies the membrane water-cooled wall structure used for power plant boilers to assembled boilers. Its advantages include high heat transfer coefficient, good heat transfer effect, low heat loss, good airtightness, and no deformation or ash leakage of the furnace wall.

3. The front and rear water-cooled wall tubes of the furnace extend downwards to the upper part of the grate, forming a rear arch. This structure is added on the basis of the original mature bulk boiler, and on the basis of keeping other heating areas unchanged, a furnace radiation heating surface is added, which has a stronger overload capacity; The front and rear arches are made of water-cooled wall tubes as the skeleton and poured with high alumina cement, thus avoiding the problems of cracking and arch collapse caused by long-term high-temperature grilling of the original boiler's three line arch bricks, and extending the service life of the arch.

working principle

The SZL series assembled chain grate biomass boiler is divided into two major parts before leaving the factory. The upper part includes the boiler body, upper steel frame, and upper furnace wall, while the lower part includes the coal hopper, chain grate, lower furnace wall, and internal ventilation pipe. Except for the on-site assembly of the front and rear pipe arches and their connecting pipes, some brick walls and front and rear furnace arches are built on site, and other components are assembled before leaving the factory. The tail economizer and flue gas duct are shipped together with the boiler. The tail dust collector and its connecting pipe shall be shipped according to the contract.

Combustion system: The combustion system includes a coal hopper, a chain grate, and a grate transmission device.

The SZL series assembled chain grate biomass boiler chain grate is made of large grate pieces. The lower part of the grate is divided into several independent air chambers, which are distributed according to the combustion situation. The air inlet method is double-sided air inlet, and the air inlet is uniform. The front wall is equipped with secondary air, which is controlled by valves and put into use when burning biomass fuel. There are hoppers and gates at the front of the furnace to adjust the thickness of the material layer entering the grate. The speed of the grate is controlled and regulated by a gearbox.
