Product Details

Infiltration Source SYSL-A-I Laboratory Ultra Pure Water MachineIt can be used for multiple chemical analysis experiments, general qualitative and quantitative analysis experiments, as well as various experimental projects such as atomic absorption, atomic emission, ultraviolet spectroscopy, etc. Under poor water quality conditions, the conductivity of RO produced water can also be stabilized at 1-5 μ s/cm. Compared with single-stage RO systems, the water quality is better, the design is reasonable, and the installation and maintenance are more convenient

Guidelines for Laboratory Wastewater Discharge:

During the process of conducting experiments in the laboratory, a large amount of chemicals such as acids, bases, and other organic substances are consumed. If this type of waste is not treated and discharged directly, it has a significant impact on environmental pollution and human health. Permeable pure water not only provides high-quality ultrapure water production equipment for laboratories, but also is responsible for treating laboratory wastewater. There are several precautions to be taken regarding laboratory wastewater treatment:

1. The composition of laboratory waste liquid is extremely complex, so in the process of processing, we often encounter the generation of toxic gases, as well as dangerous situations such as heat generation and explosion. Therefore, when discharging waste liquid, the laboratory needs to have a full understanding of the waste liquid being discharged, add a small amount of additive drugs according to the understanding, and operate while observing to ensure its own safety;

2. For substances such as complex ions and chelates in laboratory waste liquid, only one elimination agent needs to be added, and sometimes it cannot be completely treated. Therefore, appropriate protective measures need to be taken to prevent the overflow of certain untreated harmful substances;

3. Source water quality: Generally speaking, municipal tap water is the most commonly used water source in laboratories nowadays. However, in some areas, the water quality is very poor and may not reach a TDS value greater than 150PPM. In this case, an external water softener is usually needed. If the TDS value of the source water is greater than 250PPM, it is recommended to add an external filter for filtration.

3. For harmful substances generated by the addition of other compounds for the treatment of some harmful ions, such as sodium hypochlorite added for the decomposition of cyanide ions, resulting in the production of free residual chlorine, and water-soluble sulfides produced by sulfide precipitation treatment of waste liquid, the treated wastewater is often harmful. Therefore, laboratory comprehensive waste liquid treatment must be carried out before it can meet the discharge standards;

4. For some organic solvents with high usage, in principle, they need to be recovered and reused, and only the residue needs to be treated;

Performance of SYSL-A-I Ultra Pure Water Machine Equipment for Infiltration Source:

1. Fully automatic continuous water production, automatic operation display, system with automatic protection function, no manual operation required;

2. System startup self-test, 18 second reverse osmosis group and system fully automatic cleaning;

3. The system operates without generating heat, with low noise and power, and can be applied to different water sources (special circumstances require additional pre-processing);

4. Online monitoring of pure water and ultrapure water quality, with real-time online display on LCD true color LCD monitor;

5. Use original imported ultrafiltration membrane UF components to ensure the removal of heat sources from water and maintain a constant water intake flow rate;

6. The system is equipped with a timed automatic flushing function, which greatly extends the usage time of the RO membrane;

When there is a shortage of source water, low pressure, etc., it will enter automatic protection and prompt on the display;

8. This product is equipped with a drainage outlet to prevent the water tank from overflowing and causing adverse effects on the laboratory when the liquid level sensor is damaged;

Friendly reminder:

1. The water production capacity of this product refers to the rated water production capacity of the RO membrane at 25 ℃. For every 1 ℃ decrease in water temperature, the water production capacity of the RO membrane decreases by about 3%. When the water temperature drops below 5 ℃, the RO membrane stops producing water. When selecting and ordering, users should consider the factor of the decrease in winter water temperature in the area.

2. When the total dissolved solids (TDS) in the source water exceeds 200ppm, the conductivity of RO pure water may decrease to over 10us/cm; Users with high water quality requirements are recommended to choose a pre installed water softener filtration system.
