The SR900 electric foot pedal dual-purpose fan is used for underground civil air defense ventilation. When the power supply is normal, it is electrically driven. 3、 Product process
1. Impeller: The impeller consists of backward inclined circular arc blades, curved front plate, flat middle plate, and hub, and has advanced aerodynamic performance. All are produced using molds, welded with carbon dioxide gas shielded welding, and calibrated by a digital hard support dynamic balancing machine, achieving a balancing accuracy of G4.6 or above.
2. Spiral shell: The side plate and spiral plate are made of high-quality Q235A steel plate produced by Baosteel, and cut by CNC plasma cutting. After rolling the snail plate with a three core coil, it is welded with carbon dioxide shielded welding to the same side plate. Equip with angle steel brackets to ensure that the shell has sufficient strength and rigidity.
