The selected model should be compatible with the selected triangular tape, otherwise the triangular tape may cause abnormal situations in the pulley groove. When replacing with triangular tape, it is best to bring the old one to the agricultural machinery department for purchase to prevent the model from being mistaken

Install

Before installation, if the center distance between the two axes is adjustable, the center distance should be shortened first, and the tape should be installed before adjusting the center distance as required; If the center distance between the two axes cannot be adjusted, you can first insert a triangular belt into the wheel groove, then rotate the other pulley to install the triangular belt, and use the same method to install a set of triangular belts. During installation, it is prohibited to use tools to forcefully pry or pull on the triangular tape to prevent it from elongating or becoming too loose or tight. The correct inspection method is to apply a vertical pressure of about 2 kilograms in the middle of each tape by hand, with a suitable sinking amount of (20-30) millimeters. If it is not suitable, it should be adjusted in a timely manner. When two or more triangular tapes need to be replaced, the specified model of triangular tape should be selected, and the tightness of each set of triangular tapes should be consistent. It is not allowed to mix new and old tapes or reduce the number of tapes used. Otherwise, the force on the new and old triangular tapes will be uneven, and even the old triangular tapes will not work, affecting power transmission and shortening the service life of the triangular tapes
