Working principle of SK series hydraulic gyratory crusher

The SK series hydraulic gyratory crusher is composed of transmission, machine base, eccentric sleeve, crushing cone, middle frame, crossbeam, prime mover, oil cylinder, hydraulic, pulley, electrical, dry, and thin oil lubrication parts. (Figure 1) The electric motor, through the transmission of belt wheels and bevel gears, causes the crushing cone to rotate and swing around the centerline of the crusher. The surface of the crushing cone sometimes approaches and then moves away from the fixed cone surface, causing the ore fed into the crushing chamber to be continuously crushed by compression and bending. The crushed ore is discharged from the bottom of the crushing chamber by its own weight.
