Spiral sand mixer is a type of sand washing machine that mainly mixes sand and gravel materials through the spiral device inside the equipment, thereby separating the sediment in the sand and gravel materials.
Cleaning: Sand and stones enter the sedimentation tank from the feeding trough, and under the action of rotating spiral blades, they roll and grind against each other, removing impurities from the surface of the sand and stones, while destroying the water vapor layer that covers the sand particles, to facilitate dehydration.
Dehydration: Particles with higher specific gravity sink to the bottom of the tank and are pushed upwards by spiral blades on one side of the curved plate at the bottom of the tank. Due to the length of the sink exceeding the lower horizontal line, there is a suitable length. During the upward pushing process, excess water is removed from the sand and gravel, and the extracted water is injected into the tailings recovery machine through the drainage ditch on the other side. The sand and gravel are discharged from the discharge outlet at the bottom of the upper end of the sink.
At present, there are artificial sand production lines and fine sand extraction equipment.
The sand mixer is arranged at a 20 degree tilt, and the lower part of the water tank is surrounded by three side weir plates to form a sedimentation tank. The tail of the screw is submerged in the sedimentation tank, and the screw is rotated by an electric motor through a reducer and coupling. The equipment has both cleaning and dehydration functions.
