Working principle of SJ.L series vertical axis impact crusher
As shown in the above figure, the working principle of the SJ.L series vertical impact crusher is: when the material passes through the conveying equipment, it is fed into the hopper, and most of it enters the impeller through the sorting chamber. It is evenly divided by the feeder and then ejected at high speed by the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the equipment on the guide plate (upper and lower protective plates). A small portion of the raw materials that pass through the sorting chamber on the other side fall into the middle chamber in an umbrella shape, colliding, crushing, and rubbing with the discharge of the impeller. At the same time, the two streams of material, due to inertia, form a vortex in the crushing chamber and the material thrown out by the impeller, forming secondary or multiple impacts, crushing, and squeezing and crushing each other to form finished sand.
