The SJ. G. Z series double axis bar vibrating feeder adopts the structural characteristics of a double eccentric shaft vibrator, ensuring that the equipment can withstand the impact of large material falling, with a large processing capacity and a maximum processing capacity of 1500t/h. Suitable for feeding primary crushers, the material conveying surface adopts the form of blind plates and bars, widely used for feeding before coarse or medium crushing of stone materials. The gap between the bars can be adjusted to achieve the maximum crushing capacity of the crusher.

1. The vibrator adopts a heavy-duty structure with axis eccentricity and block eccentricity, with adjustable amplitude and ejection angle;

2. The vibrator is lubricated with thin oil, and the gears are isolated from the bearing lubricating oil;

3. Select heavy-duty extreme pressure lubricating oil to optimize the service life of bearings;

4. Adopting a variable frequency motor, the motor is directly driven by a universal joint, with a default speed of 980r/min, providing greater frequency adjustment space;

5. The feeding box and spring seat adopt a pin structure, which facilitates changing the installation angle of the feeder (default angle at the factory is 5 degrees);

6. The radiation intensity Kv can reach 5.4;

7. The installation height of the feeder is relatively low, and the layout space is small;

8. Adopting composite spring vibration reduction, compared with metal springs, it has the advantages of low noise, long service life, smooth passing through the common vibration zone, and low dynamic load at each support point of the feeder;

9. The feeder side panel has no welding or splicing, and has a long service life;

10. The inner side of the tank is equipped with wear-resistant plates for easy replacement.
