Working principle of SJ.E series jaw crusher

As shown in the above figure, the working principle of the jaw crusher is as follows: the motor 1 drives the belt 2 and pulley 5, and the moving jaw 3 moves in a plane through the eccentric shaft 4. When the moving jaw 3 rises, the angle between the elbow plates 8 increases, thereby pushing the jaw plate 6 closer to the fixed jaw plate 7, and at the same time, the material is squeezed; When the movable jaw 3 descends, the angle between the elbow plates 8 decreases, and the movable jaw plate 6 separates from the fixed jaw plate 7 under the action of the tension rod spring. At this time, the crushed material is discharged from the crushing chamber. As the electric motor continues to rotate, the jaw breaks and crushes the material periodically, achieving continuous production.
