SIS system and DCS system universal relay terminal board DO16 circuit

The SIS system and DCS system DO universal relay terminal board, XS-16DO-RL (universal) relay output terminal board, achieve complete isolation of SIS system and DCS system signals. The internal and external power supplies must be isolated, so this board requires an external power supply. The terminal marked L+/N - in the bottom left corner of the terminal board is the external power supply terminal. Each power supply provides two sets of power terminals to improve power supply capacity. DC24V or AC220V must be provided according to the load requirements, and no power supply is required for dry contact output.

Power settings: Each DB port contains a 4-core power cord for supplying power to the PLC module. These power supplies are controlled by short-circuit caps set by the power output, with each short-circuit cap corresponding to a wire, as shown in the following figure. They should be set as needed before power transmission. The power indicator is located below the fuse, and the power light does not light up when the power is reversed or the fuse burns out.
