SIS system, Safety Instrumented System TRICON v11, is a new product from the American company TRICONEX. Tricon v11 is the current new version of Triconex Safety. Its fault tolerance and high reliability enable the control system to identify and compensate for faults in control system components, and allow for the repair of faulty components without interrupting process control while continuing to complete specified tasks.

Based on industry-leading Triconex ™ Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) technology has enabled Tricon to continuously record over one billion hours without any on-demand failures. The Tricon system is certified by T Ü V Rheinland and is suitable for safety applications with Safety Integrity Level 3 (SIL3) and below. It has also undergone maritime certification and nuclear 1E certification.

The new main processor replaces the existing Tricon processor, improving processing power and speed for emergency control;

New enhanced host rack - replacing the existing Tricon high-density host rack, with increased speed to meet performance requirements;

The new unified communication card and Foxboro Eve control network simplify and directly communicate, directly replacing the FoxGuard management interface of the ACM/Foxboro I/A node bus;
