3. Integrated HART instrument management solution

The analog input (AI) in the hardware platform supports HART protocol parsing, and can directly manage on-site HART instruments through its own AMS software. Users no longer need third-party HART protocol bypass or parsing components to introduce HART signals into the AMS software of the upper computer through independent channels.

4. Flexible hardware expansion topology and system integration solutions

The bus interface module includes three fiber optic interfaces, and suppliers or system integrators can choose to use a star topology structure to expand remote racks or a bus topology according to the actual project needs. Due to the differences in projects, the relative distribution of remote racks and host racks varies. A flexible topology can help users save wiring costs as much as possible.

Hardware Platform

The hardware platform adopts a fully triple (2oo3D) architecture, including input module, communication module, main processor module, and output module. The hardware platform connects field instruments and actuators through dedicated FTA terminal boards. The hardware platform of TSxPlus system includes: rack module, power module, main processor module, communication module, bus interface module, DO module, DI module, AO module, AI module and supporting terminal board. All modules in the rack are installed in a rail style, and the front panel of the module has a pull-out aid for easy module insertion and removal. The fixing bolts ensure the anti vibration and anti impact performance of the module. All internal circuit boards of hardware components are coated to meet the G3 level anti-corrosion standard. The standard configuration for a single control station is 1 main rack and 14 expansion racks, which can support 3776 physical point signals.

The degraded mode supports 3-2-1-0; Each system's main controller is responsible for obtaining input module acquisition signals through the I/O bus, exchanging data with the other two system's main processor modules, and outputting commands through the I/O bus;

The main processor module has rich diagnostic functions, which can timely diagnose power supply, clock, memory CPU 、 Malfunctions in peripheral interfaces will be automatically addressed and promptly alerted.

4. Communication module (CM)

Implement communication between control stations and PC software, secure communication between control stations, communication between control stations and third-party control systems, system timing functions, etc;

Ethernet port (RJ45) supports 100/1000Mbps, Modbus TCP protocol, and point-to-point communication between different control stations;

There are 4 serial ports (DB9), of which 2 are RS485 serial ports, the other 2 are compatible with RS422, and the fourth serial port supports GPS timing.

5. Bus Interface Module (BI)

Relay the internal I/O bus of the rack and transfer the I/O bus of the external rack for expansion;
