The Xike WL12L is a small mirror reflection photoelectric sensor that is suitable for various industrial scenarios due to its high-precision detection and flexible performance.

SIC photoelectric sensor WL12L-2B530Working principle: It adopts mirror reflection photoelectric principle and has automatic alignment function. By emitting a laser beam, it is reflected by a reflector and received by a sensor to detect the presence of an object.

Light source characteristics: Using visible red light laser as the light source, the laser level is level 2, the average service life is 50000 hours at 25 ℃, and the axis length is 650nm.

Measurement range: The maximum switch distance can reach 18m (when using reflector PL80A), and the spot size is Ø 0.8mm at a distance of 300mm.

Electrical parameters: The working voltage is DC 10V-30V, residual ripple<5Vds, and current consumption is 55mA. There are two types of digital outputs: PNP and NPN, with output current ≤ 100mA, response time ≤ 200 µ s, switch frequency of 2500Hz, and switch type can be selected through bright/dark control. It has functions such as reverse polarity protection, suppression of interference pulses, anti overload current, and short circuit protection output terminal.

Mechanical parameters: The design structure is square, with dimensions of 15mm × 49mm × 41.5mm. The interface is a 4-pin, 2m long cable, and the shell material is metal. The front mirror is made of plastic PMMA, and the cable is made of PVC material.
