Adding cobalt alloy to the teeth greatly improves the hardness and wear resistance, with a hardness of HRC 65-67. 1. Confirmation of compatible models

Priority for Turbo Cu INOX (849006 R110) and Turbo K series circular saw machines.

Ordinary stainless steel/copper selected 849703 R (HSS); Carbon steel special selection 849704 R (160 tooth HSS); 849706 R (HSS-E) is selected for heavy-duty stainless steel/high hardness metal.

2. Replacement and installation

Turn off the power and remove the main unit, then open the saw blade protective cover.

Loosen the spindle nut with a special wrench and remove the old saw blade.

Align the new saw blade with a 32mm aperture, ensuring that the tooth tip direction is consistent with the rotation direction of the main engine.

After tightening the nut, run it idle for 10-15 seconds to check for any shaking. Once confirmed, use it again.

3. Timing of replacement

The cutting speed significantly decreases and burrs significantly increase;

The teeth have cracks and severe wear;

The saw blade substrate is deformed or cracked (stop immediately to avoid safety risks).
