  The SGW series non negative pressure boosting stable flow water supply equipment is a water supply equipment composed of stainless steel stable flow tanks, pump sets, and control cabinets. The system equipment is connected in series to the areas where the pressure in the municipal water supply network is insufficient. The equipment detects the outlet pressure through pressure sensors or remote pressure gauges, compares the detected value with the set value, calculates the pressure value that needs to be increased on the basis of the original pressure in the municipal water supply network, determines the number of water pumps to be put into operation and the output frequency of the frequency converter (reflected in the motor and water pump speed) to achieve constant pressure in accordance with the water use curve. The tank type pipe network stacking (no negative pressure) frequency conversion water supply equipment maximizes the use of the original pressure in the municipal water supply network, does not generate negative pressure on the municipal water supply network, and replaces the old water tank with a stainless steel steady flow tank to reduce secondary pollution of water use. It is a new generation of energy-saving product in the water supply field.

If the municipal pipeline network has a certain pressure, it only needs to be pressurized on the basis of the municipal pressure during operation. Compared with traditional water supply equipment with reservoirs, it achieves the same effect while absorbing less power from the power grid. The energy-saving efficiency is very significant.
The system operates fully automatically without the need for dedicated personnel to be on duty; Due to the lack of civil water storage facilities such as reservoirs and water quality treatment equipment, regular cleaning and disinfection work are avoided. Therefore, it further reduces operating costs. Equipment operating principle

Working principle of non negative pressure tank: The inlet of the non negative pressure tank is connected to the tap water pipe network, and the outlet is connected to the water pump until the user. When tap water enters the non negative pressure tank, the water level in the non negative pressure tank gradually rises, and the air in the non negative pressure tank is automatically discharged through the non negative pressure automatic exhaust valve, so that the inside of the non negative pressure tank is connected to the outside and no pressure is formed. When the water level in the non negative pressure tank rises to a certain level, the non negative pressure valve receives the water level signal and closes the automatic exhaust valve, allowing pressure to slowly form inside the non negative pressure tank. As water continues to enter the pipeline network, the pressure inside the non negative pressure tank gradually increases until the pressure inside the non negative pressure tank is balanced with the pressure in the inlet pipeline network, and the water level inside the non negative pressure tank can be stabilized. When the water consumption of the water pump increases or the water volume of the tap water network decreases, the air pressure of the non negative pressure tank gradually expands and the water level gradually decreases. When the water level is lower than the specified water level, the non negative pressure valve receives a signal of water level decrease and opens the automatic intake valve to prevent the formation of a vacuum inside the non negative pressure tank, resulting in the inability of the water pump to form a suction stroke and thus the inability to destroy the natural pressure of the tap water network. When the water pump continues to operate and there is no more water supply in the negative pressure tank or when the water supply network stops running, the water pump will automatically stop running through the liquid level controller signal (to avoid damage caused by idle operation of the water pump). When the tap water network resumes water supply, the water pump automatically resumes operation after receiving the pressure sensor signal, and the water level in the non negative pressure tank also rises accordingly. The air pressure in the non negative pressure tank gradually compresses, thus avoiding the severe impact of water pressure caused by the system during the pressure recovery process. When the pressure in the tap water network is lower than the pressure required by the user, a soft start operation of a water pump is implemented through the function of adjusting the speed of the frequency converter. When the first water pump cannot reach the pressure required by the user at full speed, the second water pump will receive a signal to start soft start operation successively. When the second water pump cannot meet the required pressure, the third water pump will start successively until it meets the water supply requirements. If the pressure of the tap water pipeline gradually increases, the microcomputer will automatically control the water pumps to stop one by one, and the tap water can be directly supplied to the highest point. This can fully utilize the pressure of the tap water pipeline network and solve the disadvantage of no water equipment due to power outages.
