Product Overview

The CDL and CDLF series stainless steel multi-stage centrifugal pumps (hereinafter referred to as pumps) are non self-priming vertical multi-stage centrifugal pumps designed and manufactured by absorbing advanced technologies at home and abroad. They use standard vertical motors and quick installation mechanical seals, making replacement very convenient. The overcurrent part of the pump is made of stainless steel (304 °) material, which is suitable for mildly corrosive media. This product can replace similar foreign products such as CR and CRN. After the product was launched on the market, it was deeply loved by a large number of users due to its high efficiency, energy saving, reliable quality, and wide range of applications.

Product Features

By adopting excellent hydraulic models and advanced manufacturing processes, the performance and service life of the pump are greatly improved. Due to the use of mechanical seals made of hard alloy and fluororubber, the reliability of pump operation and the temperature of the conveying medium can be improved. The overcurrent part of the pump is made of stainless steel plate stamped and welded, making the pump suitable for mildly corrosive media. The overall structure is compact, the volume is small, the weight is light, the noise is low, the energy-saving effect is significant, and the maintenance is convenient. The inlet and outlet of the pump are located on the same horizontal line as the pump seat and can be directly used in the pipeline. Using standard motors, users can easily equip motors according to their needs. Intelligent protectors can be equipped according to user needs to effectively protect pumps from dry running, phase loss, overload, etc.

Product Usage

Water supply: filtration and transportation of water plants, water supply to different zones of water plants, main pipeline pressurization, and pressurization of high-rise buildings.

Transport medium: Thin, clean, non flammable and explosive media that do not contain solid particles or fibers, such as mineral water, softened water, pure water, clean oil, and other light chemical media.
