The WQ/QW mobile submersible sewage pump, based on the introduction of advanced technology from the Federal German ABS pump company, has been successfully developed through the joint efforts of our company's scientific research personnel and extensive solicitation of opinions from domestic water pump experts. After multiple improvements, its performance indicators have been tested and found to be at the advanced level of similar foreign countries. Flow rate: 7-2400m3/h, head: 7-60m, etc., designed and manufactured into WL, YW, GW series products with the same energy parameters according to different media and installation methods.

Product Usage

Suitable for the chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, paper industry, cement plant, steel plant, power plant, coal processing industry, as well as the drainage system of urban sewage treatment plants, municipal engineering, construction sites and other industries to transport granular sewage and waste. It can also be used for pumping clean water and corrosive media.

The pressure pipeline system, inlet and outlet pipelines, pump valves and other equipment have been pre debugged before leaving the factory, making full use of the space inside the cylinder.

In addition, intelligent control systems can be equipped according to user needs, which can be reasonably reflected in the limited space of the integrated prefabricated pump station. Taking the damaged grille as an example, it has the functions of occupying a small area and being easy to use. Coupled with a high-performance submersible sewage pump with a large channel, the damaged impurities can be directly pumped out through the submersible sewage pump without the need for manual sorting.

The damaged grid equipment is integrated into the prefabricated pump station cylinder, using track coupled equipment. Daily maintenance can be carried out on the built-in channel, easily achieving the effect of the grid. Make the integrated prefabricated pump station equipment compact and effective.

Terms of Use

1. The temperature of the medium shall not exceed 60 ℃; The medium density is 1-1.3kg/dm3.

2. For pumps without internal self circulation cooling systems, the motor part should be exposed to less than one-third of the liquid level.

3. The range of use for cast iron material is from pH 5 to 9.

4. 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel material is suitable for general corrosive media.

5. The altitude of the usage environment should not exceed 1000 meters. If it exceeds, it should be mentioned when placing an order to provide you with more reliable products.

Precautions for use

Pumps are not used in environments with flammable and explosive media, nor are they used to pump flammable liquids. It is strictly prohibited to impact or roll cables, and it is strictly forbidden to use cables as lifting ropes. When the pump is running, cables should not be pulled randomly to avoid damaging electricity bills, causing corner current accidents, reducing cable sealing, and lowering the insulation performance of the motor wiring cavity. When using a fixed automatic coupling installation, lift the pump up and down with a lifting chain bolt and handle, and be careful when lifting and placing. When the pump is placed in water, it should be lifted vertically and not allowed to be placed horizontally on the ground, let alone get stuck in sludge. A flow control valve should be installed on the discharge pipeline to avoid motor overload caused by excessive flow.
