Compared with ordinary graphite, it has a fine and dense structure and good uniformity. It has a very low coefficient of thermal expansion and excellent thermal shock resistance.

The production cost of graphite from Zhejiang Hongnaide is low, with the price of graphite of the same volume being only 25% of that of copper electrodes.

High temperature resistance, the ignition point of graphite is 3650 degrees Celsius, and copper is 1083 degrees Celsius. The operating temperature of an impermeable graphite crucible depends on the type of impregnating material. For example, phenolic resin impregnated graphite can withstand temperatures between 170-200 degrees Celsius. If an appropriate amount of silicone resin is added to impregnate graphite, it can withstand temperatures up to 350 degrees Celsius. When phosphoric acid is deposited on carbon and graphite, it can enhance the antioxidant function of carbon and graphite crucibles and further increase the actual operating temperature.
The Hongnide graphite crucible also has good thermal conductivity. In non-metallic materials, the thermal conductivity is only higher than that of metals. The thermal conductivity is twice that of carbon steel and seven times that of stainless steel, making it suitable for use in heat transfer equipment.
