The material properties of Hongnide Carbon: Graphite fixtures are mainly made of graphite material because graphite has excellent thermal conductivity and high temperature resistance. The thermal conductivity of graphite can ensure uniform temperature throughout the fixture or mold, avoiding local overheating or uneven cooling. Under high temperature conditions, graphite can remain stable and therefore withstand the high temperatures during the sintering process of electronic devices, typically reaching thousands of degrees. The application areas of Hongnaide carbon include graphite fixtures, which are widely used in semiconductor packaging, integrated circuit (IC) manufacturing, electronic component packaging, and other fields. Especially in the semiconductor packaging process, graphite fixtures are used to carry and fix semiconductor chips to ensure stable bonding with other components during the sintering process at high temperatures and specific atmospheres. The technical advantage of Hongnide Carbon is that graphite fixtures have excellent thermal conductivity, which can quickly transfer heat to the surface of the mold. This helps ensure uniform heating of the product during sintering, thereby improving product quality. Graphite also has good chemical stability and corrosion resistance, which enables it to maintain a long service life and reliability during the sintering process of electronic devices involving various chemical reactions and corrosive substances.

Hongnaide isostatic pressed graphite is widely used in hard alloys (vacuum furnace heaters, sintering plates, etc.), mining (manufacturing drill bit molds), chemical industry (heat exchangers and anti-corrosion components), metallurgy (fixtures), machinery (mechanical seals), aerospace (nozzles, etc.), graphite piles (deceleration materials and reflective materials) and other fields. Hongneide isostatic pressed graphite is a new type of graphite material developed in the 1960s, which has a series of excellent properties. For example, isostatic pressed graphite has good heat resistance. In an inert atmosphere, its mechanical strength does not decrease with increasing temperature, but rather increases, reaching its highest value at around 2500 ℃. Compared with ordinary graphite, it has a fine and dense structure and good uniformity. It has a very low coefficient of thermal expansion and excellent thermal shock resistance. It is isotropic, with strong chemical corrosion resistance, good thermal and electrical conductivity, and excellent mechanical processing performance. The production cost of graphite from Zhejiang Hongnaide is low, with the price of graphite of the same volume being only 25% of that of copper electrodes. Processing speed, 3-5 times faster than copper electrodes, with no burrs after processing, and a discharge speed about twice that of copper. High processing accuracy, high processing precision, thermal expansion coefficient is 1/4 of copper. The weight is 1/5 of copper, which is more suitable for making large electrodes. High temperature resistance, the ignition point of graphite is 3650 degrees Celsius, and copper is 1083 degrees Celsius. It does not deform under high temperature conditions and is suitable for processing bone electrodes. Adhesive properties, broken graphite can be bonded with conductive adhesive to save costs. Zhejiang Hongnaide's lightning protection graphite sheet is a key component in electronic equipment lightning protection. Its function is to limit the instantaneous overvoltage entering power lines and signal transmission lines within the voltage range that the equipment or system can withstand, or to discharge strong lightning current into the ground, protecting the protected equipment or system from damage caused by impact. The use of graphite sheet as a lightning arrester for discharge gaps has the advantage of large discharge current (up to 100KA).
