Hongnaide graphite tube is cut from high-purity isostatic pressed raw materials and processed by lathe rotation.

1. Classified by heating method: longitudinal heating graphite tube, transverse heating graphite tube

2. Classified by performance: Ordinary graphite tubes (non pyrolytic) are suitable for low-temperature (≤ 2000 ℃) atomization components such as silver, cadmium, and lead; Pyrolytic graphite tubes are suitable for low, medium, and high temperature (>2500 ℃) atomization components; The platform graphite tube is suitable for atomization components at medium and low temperatures (≤ 2400 ℃).

Hongnide graphite rod is commonly used as an electric heating element in high-temperature vacuum furnaces, with a maximum operating temperature of up to 3000 ℃. It is prone to oxidation at high temperatures and can only be used in neutral or reducing atmospheres except in vacuum. It has a small coefficient of thermal expansion, high thermal conductivity, and a resistance coefficient of (8-13) × 10-6 Ω· m. It has better processability than SiC and MoSi2 rods, high temperature resistance, excellent resistance to extreme cold and heat, and is relatively inexpensive

Squeezed graphite refers to graphite with a carbon content greater than 99%.

Suitable for industries such as powder metallurgy, electronics, machinery, molds, cathode materials, wastewater treatment, non-ferrous metals, chemicals, new energy, photovoltaics, etc.

High temperature resistance: The melting point of graphite is 3850 ± 50 ℃, and the boiling point is 4250 ℃. Even after being burned by ultra-high temperature arc, the weight loss is minimal and the coefficient of thermal expansion is also small. The strength of graphite increases with temperature. At 2000 ℃, the strength of graphite doubles.

Conductivity and thermal conductivity: The conductivity of graphite is 100 times that of typical non-metallic minerals. Its thermal conductivity exceeds that of metal materials such as steel, iron, and lead. The thermal conductivity decreases with increasing temperature, and even at this temperature, graphite becomes an insulator. Graphite can conduct electricity because each carbon atom in graphite forms only three covalent bonds with other carbon atoms, and each carbon atom still retains one free electron to transfer charge.

Lubrication: The lubrication of graphite depends on the size of the graphite flakes. The larger the thin film, the lower the friction coefficient, and the better the lubricity.

Chemical stability: Graphite has good chemical stability at room temperature and is resistant to corrosion from acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.

Plasticity: Graphite has good toughness and can be ground into very thin sheets.

Metallurgical industry: Due to the small thermal expansion coefficient of graphite, it can be used as a mold for glassware. After using graphite, black metal castings are obtained with high dimensional accuracy, smooth surface, and high yield of finished products. It can be used without processing or with slight processing, thus saving a lot of metal. The production of powder metallurgy processes such as hard alloys usually uses graphite materials to make graphite products such as graphite boats for pressing and sintering.

Refractory materials used in the metallurgical industry (processed from graphite raw materials into graphite products): Graphite raw materials have the characteristics of low corrosion rate, excellent high-temperature performance such as thermal shock stability, corrosion resistance, and thermal strength, which meet the process requirements of large and medium-sized metallurgical industries. At the same time, graphite materials have advantages over other materials.

Due to its low surface humidity, low coefficient of thermal expansion, good lubrication performance, stable chemical properties, high temperature resistance, high thermal conductivity, and other properties, graphite products are widely used in the metallurgical industry.

Hongnaide Graphite provides a wide range of graphite products for the metallurgical industry, including:

1. Continuous casting of graphite molds;

2. Graphite crucible;

3. Processing of graphite electrodes;

4. Graphite components/equipment for vacuum furnaces;

5. Graphite molds;

6. Sintered graphite molds/graphite boats;

7. Graphite products such as graphite rods, graphite drag rods, and graphite connectors

The development of the photovoltaic industry is inseparable from the application of graphite materials in the photovoltaic industry. In the photovoltaic industry, the heating system of Czochralski single crystal furnaces extensively uses high-purity graphite materials. In the 21st century, the photovoltaic industry has developed rapidly, and the production and market demand of polycrystalline silicon ingot materials for solar cells have grown by leaps and bounds. This also provides a new market with broad development prospects for graphite products in the photovoltaic industry.

The graphite components used in single crystal furnaces are consumable parts that are processed from various high-purity graphite materials All components and systems are made of isostatic pressed graphite, and high-purity molded graphite can also be customized according to your order requirements.

The photovoltaic industry involves other upstream and downstream industries such as monocrystalline furnace and polycrystalline furnace. The monocrystalline/polycrystalline graphite thermal field is made by precision processing graphite raw materials, providing customers with a good graphite product experience and also improving the product yield of the photovoltaic industry.
