When the storage tank is filled or drained, the float rises and falls with the liquid level until the total weight of the float and counterweight reaches equilibrium with the liquid buoyancy and spring force:
•Liquid level rise: buoyancy increases, spring is compressed, and the load borne by the counterweight decreases
•Liquid level decrease: buoyancy decreases, and the load borne by the counterweight increases
The gear mechanism connected to the float and counterweight directly displays liquid level changes on the dial; Simultaneously equipped with a built-in potentiometerR/I(Resistance)/Current converter, which converts liquid level changes into4~20mA DCStandard analog signal output, suitable for industrial control system acquisition.

1. Applicable working condition limitations
◦Prohibited for: Temperature>85℃Storage tanks, high-pressure conditions, high viscosity media, and corrosive media
◦Recommended operating conditions: normal pressure-20~+60℃(Main body), non high viscosity, non corrosive liquid/oil
2. Anti turbulence measures
If there are turbulent disturbances such as stirring and liquid inlet impact in the liquid in the storage tank, a stabilizing cylinder must be installed/Buffer chamber to avoid measurement errors caused by fluctuations in the float.
3. installation space
Sufficient clearance should be reserved at the top of the equipment to ensure that the float can freely rise and fall with the liquid level without any risk of jamming.
