2、 Product Features
1. Low speed design scheme: The fan design speed is between 720r/min and 960r/min to ensure that the fan noise level is low.
2. Using a dedicated motor for the outdoor unit of the air conditioner can effectively prevent water mist from entering the motor. The motor casing has good anti-corrosion performance and a high anti-corrosion level.
3、 Product process
1. Impeller: The cross is made of steel stamped and formed by hydraulic pressure, while the blades are made of aluminum alloy stamped and formed by hydraulic pressure. The blades are assembled and formed by riveting with the cross. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, and the balance accuracy has reached G4.6 level or above. The impeller hub can also be made of aluminum alloy die-casting according to user requirements.
2. Barrel: The air duct is made of high-quality cold-rolled sheet metal, with reinforcing ribs on the barrel and flanges on both sides formed by spinning using a spinning machine. The air duct is connected to the chassis as a whole with bolts. There is a waist shaped long hole on the upper part of the chassis for easy connection with outdoor units.
3. Protective net: The fan is equipped with a galvanized protective net cover.
4. Assembly: After the fan is assembled, the vibration velocities of the X, Y, and Z axes are all less than 5.6mm/s.
