1、 Product Overview
SDS jet fans are mainly used in longitudinal ventilation systems of highway and railway tunnels. The fans are generally suspended at the top or on both sides of the tunnel, without occupying traffic area and without the need for additional air ducts. Low construction cost is a very economical ventilation method.
When the fan is working, it can generate high thrust from the given energy. At this point, a portion of the total air flow passing through the tunnel is sucked in by the fan, and after the impeller performs work, it is ejected at high speed from the outlet. Based on the principle of impact transmission, high-speed airflow will transfer energy to the air inside the tunnel, pushing the air inside the tunnel to flow forward together. When the flow velocity decays to a certain value, the next set of fans continues to operate. The ventilation purpose of inhaling fresh air from the tunnel inlet and discharging polluted air from the outlet has been achieved.

3、 Product process
1. Impeller: The hub and blades are both made of high-quality and high-strength ZL114 aluminum alloy die-casting, and have undergone X-ray inspection, aging treatment, tensile testing, and metal processing, as well as static and dynamic balance verification. Its balance level reaches ISO2.5 level
2. Wind duct: Made of high-quality Q235A steel plate produced by Baosteel, cut with a shearing machine, rolled with a three core rolling machine, and flanged with a rotary press to ensure that the wind duct has sufficient strength and rigidity.
3. Front and rear soundproofing sections: A circular arc collector is equipped at the inlet, which is formed by hydraulic pressure. There are two reinforcing ribs on the cylinder body of the soundproof tube, with galvanized orifice plate as the inner layer and ultra-fine glass wool as the interlayer. Ensure that the fan has good noise reduction effect.
4. Front and rear flow deflectors: approximate streamlined flow deflectors that can improve the flow field and increase the operating efficiency of the fan, while further reducing fan noise.
5. Assembly: After the fan is assembled, the vibration velocities of the X, Y, and Z axes are all less than 4.0mm/s.
6. High temperature resistance performance: The fan can operate normally for more than 60 minutes under high temperature conditions of 280 ℃, fully complying with national fire safety regulations.
