1、 Product Overview
SCF type fire ventilation (dual-use) axial flow fan is a ventilation equipment used in high-rise buildings and underground engineering fire smoke exhaust systems and supply and exhaust systems. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, small installation space, light weight, and easy installation and use. It is the latest product developed by our company and also a replacement product for ventilation equipment in high-rise buildings and underground engineering.
2、 Product Features
1. Multifunctional: The continuous development of the civil ventilation equipment industry has also promoted the continuous improvement of the design capabilities and manufacturing levels of supporting motor manufacturers. The quality of the high-temperature motor used in conjunction with the fan continues to improve. With the cooperation of the motor manufacturer, our company has undergone continuous testing and improvement, and has made necessary modifications to the insulation level F motor. Without a dedicated cooling system, it is fully capable of safely operating for more than 90 minutes in a high temperature environment of 300 ℃. The smoke exhaust fan has been tested and qualified by the National Fire Equipment Supervision and Inspection Center. When the fan is used for ventilation and relocation, a regular motor is used. When the fan is used for fire smoke exhaust systems, a modified motor with insulation level F can be used. Different motors can be used according to different purposes to achieve multifunctional goals.
2. Multi parameter: The impeller diameter of this series of fans ranges from 250mm to 1600mm, with a total of 20 fan models. Each fan is designed with three different hub ratios for performance, and the impeller with each hub ratio is equipped with two different speed motors, resulting in a total of 120 different specifications of fans. The air volume range is from 705m3/h to 167040m3/h, and the air pressure range is from 40Pa to 1147Pa. Each specification of fan has at least 5 efficient operating points to choose from, achieving the goal of multiple parameters and greatly facilitating user selection.
3. Small installation space: When replacing the smoke exhaust fan, the fan length of this system can be reduced by about 30% due to the lack of a dedicated cooling system. It can reduce users' investment in wind turbine rooms. It can facilitate user handling and installation, which is beneficial for improving the overall progress of the project.
3、 Product process
1. Impeller: The blades are made of high-quality Q235 steel plate produced by Baosteel, stamped and cut, and formed by hydraulic molds. The wheel hub is made of high-quality Q235 steel plate produced by Baosteel, which is stretched and formed by hydraulic press. The blades are welded using specialized welding fixtures and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding. And calibrated by a digital hard support dynamic balancing machine, the balancing accuracy reaches G4.6 level or above.
2. Wind duct: Made of high-quality Q235 steel plate produced by Baosteel, cut with a shearing machine, rolled with a three core coiling machine, and welded under carbon dioxide gas protection. Spinning machine is used to spin and form, and then two arc-shaped reinforcing ribs are spun on the cylinder body using a rib press machine. Ensure that the air duct has sufficient strength, rigidity, and a beautiful and elegant appearance.
3. Inner cylinder: The inner cylinder is made of high-quality Q235 steel plate produced by Baosteel, which is cut using a shearing machine, rolled into a circle using a three core coil, and two arc-shaped reinforcing ribs are spun onto the inner cylinder using a reinforcing machine. Ensure that the inner cylinder has sufficient strength and rigidity. The guide vanes are cut by plasma, molded by hydraulic press, and welded with carbon dioxide protection.
4. Assembly: After the fan is assembled, the vibration velocities of the X, Y, and Z axes are all less than 5.6mm/s.
5. High temperature resistance performance: The fan can operate normally for more than 60 minutes under high temperature conditions of 300 ℃, fully complying with national fire safety regulations.
