1. Install flanges and wheel valley bushings:

(1) The flange and wheel hub sleeve both have holes for compression installation onto the corresponding shaft, with a tolerance of approximately 0.0005 inches per inch of shaft diameter.

(2) Ensure that the shaft is clean and free of burrs, and check that the shaft and diameter fit correctly.

(3) Tap the key into the keyway to ensure it touches the bottom.

(4) Apply a thin layer of anti seize lubricant on the shaft and keys.

(5) Heat the wheel valley shaft sleeve or flange evenly to 250F to expand the hole.

Note:It is recommended to heat the wheel hub shaft sleeve or flange in oil or furnace. If this method is not feasible, a torch can also be used for heating. When using a torch, several dispersed flame torches should be used and continuously moved to prevent the formation of "hot spots". Check the temperature of the hole at all times to avoid overheating.

(6)Place the heated wheel valley uranium sleeve or flange sleeve onto the shaft until the surface of the wheel valley is flush with the end of the shaft, fix it in place, and allow it to cool.
