Usage description:
Rubber tensile strength testing machineBy using different testing fixtures, tensile strength, tear strength, elongation at break and other tests can be carried out, controlled by a computer system and equipped with a large deformation extension device. It is also possible to test the tear strength of vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber. The determination of rubber tear strength is divided into pant tear, right angle tear, and crescent specimen tear tests. The tensile speed of the pants shaped specimen is (100 ± 10) mm/min, and the tensile speed of the right angle or crescent shaped specimen is (500 ± 50) mm/min.
Test principle: It is to use a tensile testing machine to continuously stretch a specimen with or without a cut at a specified speed until the specimen is torn off. Show the tear strength of the measured force value according to the prescribed calculation method.
