1、 Overview:
JR-M-IRHDRubber hardness testerUsed to measure the conventional hardness of rubber and similar rubber material test pieces and specimens. It is a device that implements the GB/T6031-M standard for the determination of hardness (30-85IRHD) of vulcanized rubber using micro tests.
Through the precise coordination of high-precision transmission system and sensing system, a single test is automatically completed under the control of the system. In addition to measuring the hardness of standard rubber test pieces, it can also measure the apparent hardness of small volume finished parts, especially suitable for measuring the apparent hardness of O-rings and non-destructive apparent hardness measurement of small parts remaining from damaged parts.

1JR-M-IRHDRubber hardness testerUsing laser point finding technology is more suitable for detecting O-rings. The device will automatically locate the high point of the O-ring's cut surface and send it below the measuring head to complete the hardness test automatically.

3. German imported servo system with precise positioning to ensure accurate measurement.
