Overview
The TX500C rotary droplet interfacial tension meter is easier to operate and has a more stable system. Its main application areas include indoor research and on-site monitoring of tertiary oil recovery (chemical flooding) in oil fields; Research on surfactant, detergent, emulsion and foam; Research on fuel oil, lubricants, paints, inks, and coatings; Research on pharmaceuticals, paper products, photosensitive materials, pesticides, and other related fields. Different from typical interfacial tension testing, the rotating drop testing technique can analyze low interfacial tension, while conventional methods such as platinum plate method and platinum ring method cannot achieve such measurements. Usually, we refer to the interfacial tension of 10-2-10-1mN/m as low interfacial tension, while the interfacial tension below 10-3mN/m is called ultra-low interfacial tension. To determine ultra-low interfacial tension, it is necessary to artificially alter the balance between gravity and interfacial tension of the system, so that the droplet at equilibrium is closer to the ideal shape for measuring interfacial tension values. This can be achieved by rotating the system and increasing the effect of the centrifugal force field. This is the principle of ultra-low interfacial tension testing for rotating droplets.

TX500C Rotating Drop Interface Tensioner Warranty:
The company provides on-site training on installation, debugging, operation, and maintenance. When there is a problem with the instrument, a response must be received from the user within 24 hours. If on-site handling is required, confirmation must be made within 72 hours. Free warranty for 1 year from the date of acceptance, conditional warranty for 3 years, and lifetime maintenance. This clause is only applicable to domestic users.
