Rotary grille machine

The rotary grid machine is composed of a transmission device, sprocket, frame, rake, etc. The rake material is made of ABS engineering plastic, nylon or stainless steel, and the frame material is made of carbon steel (stainless steel). By combining the toothed rake shaft and sprocket in a certain order, a series of closed toothed rake chains are formed. The two side sprockets are driven by a transmission device to rotate clockwise from bottom to top on the upstream surface. The effective gap between the grates is the spacing between the toothed rakes, forming a space for overcurrent and separation. Due to the special structural shape of the toothed rake, when it carries debris to the upper end of the grate and runs in the opposite direction, the debris falls off by its own weight, and a relative self-cleaning motion is generated between the front and rear toothed rakes. At the same time, a pair of rubber plate brushes are set up to clean each row of toothed rakes passing through here, thus completing a cleaning cycle.

Scope of application:

1. Remove small suspended solids between the pumping station and the fine grille at the inlet of the water supply and drainage engineering;

2. Solid liquid separation of industrial wastewater from textile, printing and dyeing, slaughtering, leather making, papermaking, etc;

3. Other industries require machinery for solid-liquid separation in processing.
