The rotating rod fatigue tester can be used for fatigue experiments, skeletal muscle relaxation experiments, central nervous system inhibition experiments, and other experiments that require the use of exercise methods to detect drug effects, such as the impact of toxicity on exercise ability, the impact of a certain substance deficiency in the body on exercise ability, the impact of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drugs on exercise ability, and so on
1、 Overview:
The KW-6C-S mouse rotating rod fatigue tester is an upgraded version of the KW-6C mouse rotating rod fatigue tester. This device adds electrical stimulation function, which can effectively prevent animal passive movement. It is an ideal instrument for screening and identifying anti fatigue drugs, as well as monitoring exercise ability. The rotating rod fatigue tester can be used for fatigue exercise experiments, exercise coordination ability, skeletal muscle relaxation experiments, central nervous system inhibition experiments, as well as other experiments that require the use of exercise methods to detect drug effects, such as the impact of toxicity on exercise ability, the impact of a certain substance deficiency in the body on exercise ability, and the impact of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drugs on exercise ability. The basic principles and functions of this instrument can be developed and utilized in multiple directions.

3、 Usage steps
1. Set parameters
Set appropriate initial velocity and acceleration according to the experimental purpose. For beginners, it can be set to start at 4 revolutions per minute, increasing by 2 revolutions per minute until the animal falls. Adjust the distance between each channel to prevent animals from interfering with each other.
2. Placing animals
Carefully place the animal on the rotating rod, being careful not to cause unnecessary fright. Let the animals stand in the center of the spinning stick and wait for a few seconds to confirm their stability before starting the rotation.
3. Start testing
Start the instrument and record the time point at which each animal falls. If any abnormal situation is found during the observation process (such as animal injury), immediately stop the experiment and take corresponding measures.
4. Data recording and analysis
Use automated systems to record the drop time of each animal, or manually record for subsequent analysis. Compare the data differences between different groups, such as the control group and the experimental group. Analyze the average drop time and standard deviation of each group of animals, and evaluate the experimental treatment effect. If possible, evaluate the overall condition of the animal in combination with other behavioral test results.
