The ex vivo microvascular tension measurement system, also known as the ex vivo tissue perfusion system, is mainly used for tension measurement of ex vivo blood vessels, smooth muscles, etc. It is used to measure the tension changes during the contraction and relaxation of ex vivo blood vessels with a diameter range of 0.2-10mm; Especially the tension changes in the contraction and relaxation of isolated microvessels within the diameter range of 0.2~10mm; Used for studying the function of isolated blood vessels at the organizational level. The maximum measurable specimen diameter is 10 millimeters, suitable for dynamic studies of tissues including blood vessels, smooth muscles, myocardium, coronary arteries, large intestine, diaphragm, smooth muscles, etc.
