Roland graphite E+18 graphite drum lightning protection graphite sheet

Hongnaide selects high-quality PAN based graphite felt, which is bonded, cured, formed, and high-temperature graphitized through special processes. Carbon cloth can be attached to the surface according to customer requirements Charcoal paper or a combination of both can prevent fuzzing, resist airflow erosion, and increase strength. Hongnaide graphite rollers are mainly used in industries such as glass fiber drawing machines, solar energy, metallurgy, electronics, and light bulbs. In glass fiber drawing machines, graphite rollers are used to collect glass fiber fine yarn products, which have the characteristics of high strength, good thermal shock resistance, good self-lubricating properties, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and strong oxidation resistance, and are widely used in these industries. Hongnaide graphite sintering machine is a product made by lathe processing technology for sintering positive electrode materials and high-temperature carbonized negative electrode materials. Graphite bowls have the characteristics of low thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance, long service life, and strong corrosion resistance. Graphite crucibles are widely used in semiconductor, photovoltaic, chemical, industrial, smelting and other fields. The affinity between Zhejiang Hongnaide graphite bowl and most media is very small, so dirt is not easily attached to the surface. Specially used for condensing equipment and crystallization equipment. Zhejiang Hongnaide's various types of carbon and graphite firing boxes have excellent corrosion resistance to all concentrations of hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, and (including fluorine-containing media). The highest application temperature is 350 ° C-400 ° C, which is the temperature at which carbon and graphite burning boxes begin to oxidize. The operating temperature of an impermeable graphite crucible depends on the type of impregnating material. For example, phenolic resin impregnated graphite can withstand temperatures between 170-200 degrees Celsius. If an appropriate amount of silicone resin is added to impregnate graphite, it can withstand temperatures up to 350 degrees Celsius. When phosphoric acid is deposited on carbon and graphite, it can enhance the antioxidant function of carbon and graphite crucibles and further increase the actual operating temperature. The Hongnide graphite crucible also has good thermal conductivity. In non-metallic materials, the thermal conductivity is only higher than that of metals. The thermal conductivity is twice that of carbon steel and seven times that of stainless steel, making it suitable for use in heat transfer equipment.

Zhejiang Hongnaide's high-purity 3D hot bending graphite has been chemically treated, washed with water, and expanded at high temperatures to obtain flexible and fluffy graphite materials. This is not the ultimate goal. The ultimate goal is to manufacture graphite products for various purposes. Such as making graphite paper foil, graphite cardboard, graphite tube, graphite groove, graphite rod, etc. This requires a molding process, using mechanical methods to process graphite products of various specifications, shapes, and sizes. There are currently three molding methods: (1) rolling method; (2) Molding method; (3) Squeezing method. 1、 The rolling forming method is mainly used to press graphite paper foil or sheet. It is divided into two types: single-layer flat plate continuous rolling and multi-layer flat plate continuous rolling. 1. Single layer flat plate continuous rolling method This rolling method can press flexible graphite into sheets without any adhesive. The entire process is carried out on specialized equipment equipped with roller rollers. Structure composition of the rolling machine: hopper 1 for worm graphite, vibration feeding device, 2, conveyor belt 3, four pressure rollers 4, a pair of heaters 5, roller 6 for controlling the thickness of the sheet, embossing or pattern roller 8 and roll roller 9, cutting knife 10, finished product roll roller. Working process: High purity graphite enters the feeding device from the hopper and falls onto the conveyor belt. After being crushed by pressure rollers, a certain thickness of material layer is formed. The heating device generates high-temperature heating to remove residual gases from the discharge layer and cause the unexpanded graphite to expand for the last time. Then, the preliminarily formed reverse material is fed into a roller that controls the thickness size, and pressed again according to the specified size to obtain a flat plate with uniform thickness and a certain density. Finally, after being cut by a cutting knife, it is rolled onto the finished cylinder. 2. Single layer flat plate rolling method. Although the pressure plate is flat and smooth, it cannot be too thick. When the one-time molding is too thick, its uniformity and density are difficult to guarantee. In order to produce thick plates, multiple layers of veneer are stacked and pressed into multi-layer composite plates. Adhesive should be added between every two layers before rolling and shaping. After molding, heat treatment is required to carbonize and harden the adhesive. The multi-layer flat plate rolling method is carried out on a multi-layer continuous rolling machine. The working process of the multi-layer continuous rolling machine: The single board is led out by the single board winding rod, and after being coated with adhesive on both sides of the soil by the adhesive coating roller, it is combined with the winding roller and the single board to form a three-layer thick plate, which is rolled into a certain thickness in the gap between the rollers. Then send it to the heater for heating and drying. Adjust the thickness to the specified size through the thickness control roller, and then feed it into the roasting device for roasting. After the binder is carbonized, it is finally pressed and formed using a pressure roller. The continuous rolling grade used can press flexible graphite sheets with a thickness of 0.6~2mm, which is superior to single-layer rolling machines. However, due to the disadvantage of delamination and peeling caused by the thickness of the sheet, it brings inconvenience to use. The reason for this is that during compression, gas overflows and stays in the middle of the interlayer, hindering the close bonding between the layers. The way to improve is to solve the exhaust problem during the suppression process.
