The project includes a set of 10L explosion-proof intelligent reaction vessels (made of Hastelloy C-276 material, designed for 300 ℃ @ 5MPa, using 200 ℃ @ 3MPa, with detachable condensing coils inside and a chiller for the coils, and a reactor body flipping design) and a set of 15L reaction vessel devices (made of 316L material, designed for 300 ℃ @ -0.1~6MPa, using 250 ℃ @ -0.1 MPa~atmospheric pressure, consisting of five main parts: feeding unit, reaction unit, distillation unit, utilities, and control system). The frames of the two devices are surrounded by acrylic sheets, and the top of the frames has air intakes.
