Overview:Rice freshness testerIt is a specialized testing instrument for determining the freshness of brown rice and polished rice. During the storage process of rice, lipid compounds are decomposed to form aldehydes. After reacting with acid-base indicators, the instrument measures the absorbance of the mixed solution within a certain wavelength range, and finally uses numerical values to represent the freshness of the rice.
