Overview
The Rheonaut infrared spectroscopy rheometer combination testing technology combines the Thermo Scientific HAAKE MARS rheometer with the Thermo Scientific Nicolet FTIR infrared spectrometer using the Thermo Scientific HAAKE Rheonaut infrared rheometer unit.
Product Details

The Rheonaut technique adopts the measurement principle of attenuated total reflection (ATR), and the obtained spectral results are independent of the sample thickness. During the rheometer measurement process, a fixed lower platform was installed with a crystal that is transparent to infrared radiation. Depending on the application, different crystals and temperature control structures can be provided, such as Peltier semiconductor temperature control units (0~100 ° C) or electric heating temperature control units (room temperature~400 ° C). Several sets of polarizers can be optionally selected to achieve manual or automatic control of the polarization function of incident infrared light on parallel and vertical axes.

Huck rheological infrared combination unitAdvantages and Characteristics
Simultaneously obtaining infrared spectra and rheological properties of samples in small strain oscillation (SAOS), large strain oscillation mode (LAOS), or shear mode, and analyzing and interpreting rheological properties at the molecular level structural changes;
The prepared sample and external testing conditions are the same, greatly reducing the testing time
HAAKE MARS patented integrated technology
Single reflex crystal (diamond) and DTGS detector with built-in ATR (attenuated total reflection) technology
Widely used in various fields such as polymers, chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, coatings, cosmetics, etc.
Temperature control range: 0~120 ° C (Peltier system) or room temperature~400 ° C (electric heating system)
