Reverse sealing device

1、 Product Overview
The reverse sealing device mainly consists of two parts: the underground reverse sealing rapid sampling device and the underground desorption device. It is a new type of sampling and desorption device used for directly measuring coal seam gas content. This device can collect fragmented coal samples and seal them upon completion of sampling. There is no need to transfer coal samples underground, and they can be directly desorbed using a desorption device through a coal sample tank. Compared with the traditional sampling method, it can improve the work efficiency, greatly shorten the exposure time of middling coal samples in the sampling process, reduce and accurately calculate the gas loss, and improve the accuracy of the direct method to determine the coal seam gas content.

2.1 Environmental conditions for use
1) Coal seam moisture content<5%;
2) The ventilation in the underground tunnels of coal mines is good, and the support space is intact.

Drill rod: diameter 73mm, torque ≥ 10000N/m;
Drill bit: diameter 94mm;
Pressure resistance: 1.5MPa
Range: 800mL per time, can be repeatedly filled with water for measurement
Accuracy: 2mL
Requirements for supporting drilling rig: It can hold a Φ 73mm drill rod and install a rear water tail.
2.3 Working principle
The MDC-2 sealed sampling device adopts forward rotation sampling. After the sampling is completed and reversed, the sealing of the coal sample can be completed. After experimental testing, the pressure resistance of the sampling cylinder after reverse sealing reaches 1.5MPa. During the drilling process, there is no need to consider gas leakage of the coal sample, and there is no need to transfer the coal sample underground. The sampling port of the sealed sealing device is directly connected for underground desorption.
2.4 Product Structure
The sampling device is shown in Figure 1. Including sealing device assembly, coal sample storage tank, one-way rotating mechanism assembly, variable diameter connector, sampling port, etc.
