① Firstly, open the two-way valve, then quickly place the coal sample bottle that has already been mined into desorption chamber 2, tighten the upper cover of the desorption chamber, open the three-way valve 4, so that the desorption chamber is connected to water column meter 1 and the atmosphere, and the coal sample is in an exposed state
② When the exposure time of the coal sample is 3 minutes, quickly rotate the three-way plug knob clockwise in the cold tube to isolate the desorption chamber from the atmosphere and only connect it to the water column meter.
