parameter optimization
Frequency selection: High frequency (1000-2000Hz) is recommended for fine dust (<10 μ m), and low frequency (20-200Hz) is recommended for coarse dust;
Sound pressure level control: It usually needs to reach 130-150dB to effectively break through dust, but it is necessary to avoid exceeding 160dB, which may cause fatigue of the filter bag material.
Installation and maintenance
The sound wave generator needs to be symmetrically arranged in the dust collector box to ensure uniform sound field;
Regularly check the amplitude and frequency stability of the sound wave generator, and clean the dust accumulation inside the propagation pipeline.

The effect on dust with a moisture content greater than 20% is poor and requires dehumidification pretreatment;
The initial investment in equipment is higher than that of pulse injection systems (about 20% -30% higher), but the long-term operation and maintenance costs are lower.
The modern sonic cleaning system can integrate PLC intelligent control and IoT technology.
