Equipment structural characteristics:
1. Operating mechanism: The equipment adopts a resistance wire heating external heating rotary furnace structure. Through the rotation of heat-resistant steel furnace tubes, the continuous rotary motion of furnace tubes with a certain inclination angle drives fine or fragmented loose materials to flip inside the furnace tubes, continuously passing through the heating and temperature control section set in the furnace heating chamber to complete the pyrolysis process of the product. It has the advantages of uniform heating of materials, sufficient reaction, good product consistency, stable and reliable equipment operation, and simple use and maintenance.
2. Heating temperature zone setting: Multiple temperature zones are used for independent temperature control heating. Each temperature zone is set in a unified heating furnace body, and the temperature of each temperature zone can be independently adjusted according to the product process requirements, with strong process adaptability. The heating section adopts a segmented structure to ensure the full utilization of the efficiency of the high-temperature section. All insulation materials for the heating furnace body are made of high-temperature ceramic fiber materials, which have good insulation effects and significant energy-saving effects during equipment operation.
3. Discharge cooling structure: The heating and cooling sections of the equipment adopt a separate structure, with upper and lower layers distributed. The discharge hood of the heating section and the feeding hood of the cooling section are connected vertically and independently driven. The cooling process will not affect the heating zone, and the cooling speed can be independently adjusted to improve the cooling effect. The cooling section is equipped with a spray water cooling structure, which quickly and efficiently reduces the temperature of the product after it is discharged through the spray water cooling of the cooling section furnace tube, making it easier for materials to be directly transferred to the subsequent process for lifting and transportation.
4. Sealing treatment of the joint between the sealed silo and the furnace tube: The rotating furnace tube and the front and rear fixed covers are equipped with efficient graphite sealing ring dynamic sealing structure to avoid dust at both ends of the furnace tube during equipment operation, eliminate material and smoke leakage, and improve the operating environment of the equipment.
5. Furnace tube structure: The welding seam of the heat-resistant steel furnace tube of the equipment is sealed and welded using a high-power automatic submerged arc welding machine to ensure reliable strength and no internal defects of the furnace tube welding seam. The internal welds are sealed with argon arc welding. After welding, the inner surface of the furnace tube and internal components is carefully polished and acid washed to eliminate metal impurities such as burrs and welding slag inside the furnace tube and prevent any impact on the product.
6. Rotating structure: The main furnace tube pulley and roller are made of wear-resistant steel and undergo quenching and tempering overheating treatment. A lubricating oil box is installed at the lower part of the roller to improve its service life. The tire belt is equipped with limit wheels, which allow the furnace tube to expand towards both ends after being heated.
7. Heating structure: The furnace heating system adopts resistance wire automatic temperature control heating, and the furnace temperature is automatically adjusted. Each heating group independently controls heating, making it easy to adjust the pyrolysis process. Adopting the method of heating outside the furnace tube, the heating burner adopts a natural gas flat flame burner, with a wide heat flow surface and uniform and stable heating.
8. Spiral feeding structure: using shaftless spiral feeding to improve the dispersion and flowability of materials, reduce friction between materials and the spiral, and reliably prevent material blockage inside the spiral.
9. Stir fry plate structure: Stir fry plates are installed inside the furnace tube to fully disperse and heat the materials in the pyrolysis furnace, maximizing furnace utilization efficiency and improving production capacity.
