Lithium iron phosphate pyrolysis cooling drum rotary kiln 500kg
The equipment is dedicated to the continuous pyrolysis and material cooling treatment of crushed lithium iron phosphate batteries. It adopts a drum type rotary kiln structure, with hot and cold kilns arranged vertically, and the hot kiln tail and cold kiln head connected and docked. The equipment heats and rotates heat-resistant steel furnace tubes through resistance wires, uniformly heating the materials entering the kiln body. The equipment mainly consists of kiln body, kiln body transmission device, feeding device, and heating control part. The automation system for equipment configuration * achieves automatic operation control, operation status monitoring, operation status simulation display, and operation fault alarm indication of the entire equipment through PLC programmable controller, touch screen, and configuration interface. The PLC program control system is equipped with UPS power supply, which has the functions of continuous display of equipment operation status and furnace temperature after power outage in the factory, as well as continuous sound and light alarm.
Equipment structural characteristics:
1. Operating mechanism: The equipment adopts a resistance wire heating external heating rotary furnace structure. Through the rotation of heat-resistant steel furnace tubes, the continuous rotary motion of furnace tubes with a certain inclination angle drives fine or fragmented loose materials to flip inside the furnace tubes, continuously passing through the heating and temperature control section set in the furnace heating chamber to complete the pyrolysis process of the product. It has the advantages of uniform heating of materials, sufficient reaction, good product consistency, stable and reliable equipment operation, and simple use and maintenance.
2. Heating temperature zone setting: Multiple temperature zones are used for independent temperature control heating. Each temperature zone is set in a unified heating furnace body, and the temperature of each temperature zone can be independently adjusted according to the product process requirements, with strong process adaptability. The heating section adopts a segmented structure to ensure the full utilization of the efficiency of the high-temperature section. All insulation materials for the heating furnace body are made of high-temperature ceramic fiber materials, which have good insulation effects and significant energy-saving effects during equipment operation.
3. Discharge cooling structure: The heating and cooling sections of the equipment adopt a separate structure, with upper and lower layers distributed. The discharge hood of the heating section and the feeding hood of the cooling section are connected vertically and independently driven. The cooling process will not affect the heating zone, and the cooling speed can be independently adjusted to improve the cooling effect. The cooling section is equipped with a spray water cooling structure, which quickly and efficiently reduces the temperature of the product after it is discharged through the spray water cooling of the cooling section furnace tube, making it easier for materials to be directly transferred to the subsequent process for lifting and transportation.
