Overview

The LG-100 $r $n $r $n $r $n system function of the uranium dioxide dry granulator is based on the requirements of the dry granulation process. The granulation device adds the powder into the vertical feeding bin of the granulator, and then goes through several steps such as pre compression degassing, compression molding, and whole granulation. It is used to produce irregular particles with certain particle size distribution and density requirements without adding binders or water. The average particle size of the raw material powder is less than 1um.

System functions

The granulation device is based on the requirements of the dry granulation process, which adds the powder into the vertical feeding bin of the granulator, and then goes through several steps such as pre compression degassing, compression molding, and granulation. It is used to feed the powder into irregular particles with certain particle size distribution and density requirements without adding binders or water. The average particle size of the raw material powder is less than 1um.

working conditions

Equipment placement conditions: Hot chamber environment: Negative pressure room temperature, requiring mechanical operation.

Equipment working conditions: The material is approximately 55GWd/t of fuel consumption, cooled for about 5 years of pressurized water reactor spent fuel powder, remotely operated, and automatically operated.

Equipment composition and structure

The granulation device is fixed on the bottom plate, and the operation process is stable, without jamming, shaking, or abnormal noise. The main body is made of 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel material. The main components of the granulation device include: feed inlet, spiral feeding device, pressure roller transmission, tablet/whole granule screening device, hydraulic control system, etc. The overall equipment framework is made of 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel material, and the pressure roller sleeve is made of Cr12MoV mold steel material. The material has poor fluidity, and the feeding port and the shell of the tablet pressing and granulation mechanism need to be equipped with vibrators.
